Functieomschrijving

The sales manager will be responsible for the annual sales goals, building a strong sales plan and providing vision for all sales strategies and their execution.

Responsibility:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Collaborate with sales colleagues of other Countries to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
• Maximize revenue and gross profit
• Monitor the performance to increase profitability
• Collaborate with the Head of BU to develop short- and long-term strategic plans
• Provide reports - including growth, competitive analysis, market trends and business environment - for strategic planning processes
• Develop strategies and tactics to support strategic plans at the management level

Eisen

Requirements:
• Proven experience in supply chain sales (preferred in Fashion or Industry Commodity)
• minimum 8 years experience in sales management skills
• Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, account development and business planning
• Able to build and maintain relationships with major business partners and customers
• Experience in creating and managing budgets
• Business analysis and collection of requirements including narratives of document processes, workflows, controls and development of business cases
• Commitment to self-learning and continuous skills and development of professional knowledge
