Our client is a Global Logistics company with offices in more than 150 countries.
They offer services ranging from airfreight, sea freight, and transport to value added logistics.
Due increase of workload they are looking for an Allround Financial Administrator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Downloading bank statements and allocating accounts receivable and payable;
• Interfacing daily sales’ & purchase data into SAP;
• Booking nominal ledger & expenses;
• Preparing prompt payment;
• Preparing weekly and monthly payment;
• Any Ad-hoc administration tasks.
• MBO - Finance/Accounting;
• 3 Years experience in Accounting
• 1 Year experience with SAP system;
• Excellent skill of Excel (i.e. pivot table) is mandatory;
• Good knowledge NL GAAP is preferable;
• Good command Dutch and English;
Salary range € 2.200,- / € 2.300,-.
